Step 1: Reserve your space and start organizing

Once we receive your enquiry, we get back to you, confirm availability and ask for the hotels you are going to pick. You should now start thinking about the places that you want to stay at every night.

We actually need your list of hotels only a couple of weeks before departure. Hence you should have plenty of time to prepare all your other arrangements around the bike tour. And in case your planning doesn't go the way you wanted, you will be able to cancel your reservation until six weeks prior to the ride.

Step 2: Turning your reservation into a booking

About four weeks after making a reservation we turn your reservation into a firm booking and mail the invoice as well as the labels for your luggage.
